Week Of Digital Log Support $149
Includes one week of unlimited digital log correspondence with me to address ongoing concerns, create an action plan, and receive support while you get sleep back on track.
One Week Tune-Up $249
We will schedule a 30-minute chat to address your sleep concerns. Following the call, I will provide you with an action plan via e-mail. During the week, we will schedule one additional check-in via VOXER/call. You will also have unlimited e-mail/VOXER access during that week to ask any follow-up question or make any necessary adjustments. This option is best if you feel you will need extra support during implementation of new sleep strategies

+ Two Email Sessions (one during your trip and one after you return home) where you can correspond with me to troubleshoot any issues during your time away and to ensure your child is sleeping well when you return home.
